Q1. Are we affliated with the Ricoh Arena?
A. No, we are not affliated with the Ricoh Arena, it's owners, or their car parks in any way.
Q2. Who are we then?
A. We are the owners of a small piece of secure land nearby the Ricoh Arena. As the parking around the arena is tightly controlled, there are very few places to park within walking distance. So we provide a guaranteed parking space for anyone who pre-books online.
Q3. How can I be sure my payment is safe?
A. We use Paypal for our payment method, as it is a well known, trusted brand that ensures your online buying safety.
Q4. Will I get confirmation of my booking?
A. Yes, once we can confirm you've paid, we send you an email receipt to confirm time, date, car registration number and your unique booking reference. This will usually happen within minutes of your payment through Paypal.
Q5. What time does the car park open?
A. 3 Hours before a match and closes 1 hour after. For big events we usually open earlier, please enquire if you plan on arriving earlier for a non-match event.
Q6. Is the car park easy to find and recognise?
A. Yes, just follow the large sky blue and navy blue ricoh.arenacarpark signs. Or if you have a sat-nav system, the postcode CV6 6HL will guide you directly here!
Q7. What happens if I get lost on the day?
A. In the unlikely event you get lost, you can just give us a call on our mobile number 07961 855110 and we will try to assist you with directions. Remember to print off the map and write down our phone number before you travel.
Q8. Can I book a season ticket / rest of the season ticket?
A. We are happy to take bookings for season tickets, but we cannot do this online at this time. Please contact us to arrange this.
Q9. What happens if an event gets cancelled / moved date?
A. If an event moves date, your booking will remain, and we will be open for the new date of the event.
If the event gets cancelled then we will issue you with a full refund via Paypal.
